We put all our products through extensive testing. Recently we went behind the scenes at Technorama, where we study product performance in a weather simulation chamber.

Toray's Technorama facility in Seta, Japan is a lab purpose built for developing next-generation textile products. The lab can simulate wind speeds up to 67 mph, rainfall up to 200 mm/hr, temperatures from -22 to 140°F, among other conditions. It has equipment to measure factors like heat and humidity as well as sensations like comfort.

During this visit, we worked on design and development of Kinetic. We found that due to fabric and construction, Kinetic Blazer exerts 71% less pressure than conventional blazers. Kinetic Pants and Blazer also offered a 34.5% improvement in water-resistance.
